Sha’vee, also known as Shae, is a mother of two, a nonprofit leader, and the founder of The Well Experience Collective. Her work is rooted in more than two decades of service in the fields of mental health, foster care, and child welfare, where she walked closely with individuals and families navigating trauma, restoration, and the work of rebuilding their lives.

Over the years, Shae began to recognize something she could no longer ignore: many people carried deep emotional soul wounds that were rarely addressed in the spaces meant to support them. As a woman of faith and a believer in Jesus Christ, she saw the growing need for environments where faith and mental health could exist together and where spiritual formation and emotional healing are not treated as separate journeys, but as deeply connected parts of a person’s restoration.

That conviction was shaped not only through her professional experience but also through her personal walk with God. and her own encounters with the healing presence of Jesus. Through those experiences, Shae developed a passion for the kind of healing work that goes beyond the altar moment, but is the ongoing process of transformation that requires honesty, discipleship, safe community, and the renewing work of Christ in every area of life.

The Well Experience Collective was born out of that conviction.

The name “The Well” is rooted in both Scripture and calling. While inspired by the biblical account of the woman at the well where one encounter with Jesus changed the trajectory of her life, it also reflects a deeper truth: Jesus Himself is the true Well and the eternal source of living water. From that source, believers are called to become wells in the earth and to be places where others can come and draw encouragement, truth, healing, and hope.

Through The Well Experience Collective, Shae seeks to steward spaces where people can encounter Jesus, be honest about their stories, and begin the deeper work of healing spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. Her heart is to create environments that are grounded in Christ and open enough for real conversations, growth, and restoration to unfold.

In that way, The Well Experience Collective exists as both an invitation and a reflection of her mission: to serve as a resource, a refuge, and a well, pointing people back to the true source of living water.

Shae believes lasting healing begins with encounters with Jesus, both in the personal moments where He meets us in our deepest places and in authentic community where His presence brings restoration, spiritual formation and transformation.

Welcome to the Well XP!
